What makes your Strategic Energy Plan better then an Energy Audit?
An Energy audit is a snapshot in time of your facility.  Things are changing so fast with technology, tax credits and other incentives that within just a few months an energy audit is almost useless.  Nearly all energy audits are done by engineers for engineers and often of little value to the key decision makers.

Our Strategic Energy Plan is focuses on project costs & paybacks instead of R-Values, BTU’s, KWH’s & Therms.  An OES Strategic Energy Plan combines our nearly 2 decades of energy project experience with your financial goals.  We rank projects in a manner that allows you to make decisions quickly and start saving immediately.

What do your services cost?
That’s going to depend on the size of your facility and the nature of the services we provide.  Our services are very cost effective and in most cases pay for themselves in less than a few months and continue to save you money for many years to come.  All costs are detailed in a written proposal.  If we can't help you we'll tell you before you spend any money and that's a promise.

Is renewable energy cost effective?
We can’t accurately answer that question until we study your facility and know more about the renewable resources in your area, your utility costs and the incentives available.  We often find that most businesses in this region (Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma) are looking for a much better return on their investment than what many of today’s renewable energy technologies offer.  For a complete list of incentives and laws in your state click here to go to The Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency.

Do you offer any residential services?

Yes, we do offer consulting services, commissioning and retro-commissioning for residential renewable energy applications.  Please contact us to discuss the fees.  We do strongly recommend that you thoroughly investigate and implement other energy conservation measures before you invest in renewable energy.  There exists a variety of valuable resources for homeowners.  Please contact your local utility or state energy office for list of resources.

Our facility is quite new, what can you do for us?

Now is the perfect time to contract OES to act as Your Energy Manager. We’ll benchmark your building since it was commissioned and carefully look out for trends that indicate trouble. This allows problems to be remedied before you even know you have them.  Some of the best money we can save your facility is the money we prevent you from spending!
